WHAT IS INCLUDED
- One free full “Technical” registration is included with each 10’ x 10’ booth. This full registration includes a symposium bag, 1 ticket to each: the Welcome Reception, Gala Event, and Awards Luncheon; plus access to all technical sessions: papers, Workshops & Tutorials; and the Exhibit Hall with EXHIBITOR ribbon.
- All other staff, representatives, and booth workers will have access to the Exhibit Hall and have the option of ordering social event tickets separately.
EXHIBITOR LINK AND DISCOUNT CODES
A special exhibitor registration link and discount codes will be sent to the Sponsor/Exhibitor contact; one code for the full Technical registration and a second code for the booth staff.
This special link and codes must be used to receive a name badge and EXHIBITOR ribbon. The ribbon will allow access to the Exhibit Hall before and after hours for setting up and taking down. Badges are required inside the convention center at all times.
Note 1: Exhibitor customers and clients may register under the ATTENDEES registration, through the Exhibit Hall Only category. They will receive a name badge and access to the Exhibit Hall during open hours only. They will NOT receive an exhibitor ribbon.
Note 2: Family members may be registered as Companions, with a Companion Club registration (a fee applies) or with a Basic Badge (no charge, within your own registration).
Note 3: Anyone under the age 18 is considered a Minor and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Don’t be Misled by Unofficial Housing Vendors and Companies offering Attendee List! It has been brought to our attention that several 3rd party housing companies marketing themselves as the official housing company or offering themselves as list providers for EMC+SIPI this summer in Grand Rapids are contacting exhibitors in the Expo. Please note that housing is handled exclusively through the hotels as linked on this website and not through any third-party vendors. Exhibitors are from time to time subjected to solicitation from unaffiliated third-party vendors. Should you be contacted by a supplier claiming to be an official vendor for the expo, please forward us the communication, so we can investigate it and alert other exhibitors. In addition all official vendors are provided in the exhibitor kit for reference. EMC+SIPI is committed to providing you the best service at a reasonable rate; and in the unusual event of a service failure, can assist in a solution if you work with an official vendor. Don’t be misled by companies who mine names off Internet sites and attempt to market their products to you in a misleading way. Be sure to use only official vendors.
